智通财经APP讯，中食民安(08283)发布公告，于2025年1月7日，公司拟配售最多4亿股，占于本公告日期现有已发行股份总数之20%;及经悉数配发及发行配售股份扩大后已发行股份总数之约16.67%。 配售价每股配售股份0.04港元较1月7日收市价0.044港元折让约9.09%。
待完成后，以及假设所有配售股份已获配售代理成功配售，配售事项所得款项总额估计最高约为1600万港元，而配售事项所得款项净额估计最高约为1530万港元。配售事项所得款项净额上限当中，约1000万港元拟用于支持集团销售食品及智能厨电业务的业务营运及发展;及约530万港元拟用于公司一般营运资金。
