【卧龙电驱：终止筹划龙能电力北交所上市事项；拟出售多家子公司股权】金十数据1月5日讯，卧龙电驱1月5日晚间公告，公司于2025年1月5日召开九届十一次临时董事会会议及九届九次监事会会议，审议通过了《关于浙江龙能电力科技股份有限公司终止筹划申请在北京证券交易所上市的议案》，同意龙能电力终止筹划申请在北交所上市事项。此外，公司拟将持有的龙能电力43.21%股权、浙江卧龙储能系统有限公司80%股权、卧龙英耐德（浙江）氢能科技有限公司51%股权、绍兴上虞舜丰电力有限责任公司70%股权出售给卧龙资源集团股份有限公司（简称“卧龙资源”）。卧龙资源拟采用现金方式支付股权对价，本次交易完成后，公司将不再拥有上述子公司的控制权，公司合并报表范围将发生变动。公司持有卧龙资源大股东浙江卧龙置业投资有限公司22.76%的股权；同时卧龙资源的控股股东为卧龙控股集团有限公司，本次交易构成关联交易。
