智通财经APP获悉，移卡(09923)低开逾7%，截至发稿，跌7.21%，报10.3港元，成交额1.94亿港元。
消息面上，移卡公布，拟配售1915万股，每股作价10.1港元，较昨日收盘价11.1元折让约9%。配售事项所得款项净额约1.89亿港元，拟将约40%用作扩展集团于亚洲各业务分部的海外版图；约40%用于投资研发，包括在专有软件中使用人工智能，以加强集团商业数字化生态系统的竞争力；约20%用于营运资金及一般公司用途。
此外，移卡与深圳通近期签署合作协议，就数字虚拟社区以及创意行销解决方案等领域达成合作。移卡将依靠深圳通的流量场景，通过生成式AI等技术，为深圳通开发建设数字虚拟社区。同时该虚拟社区亦将融入商家权益、公益文创、ARVR游戏文娱、品牌宣传等内容，亦会协助深圳通实现品牌宣传、商业订单转化价值及创新服务体验。
