智通财经APP讯，纽威股份(603699.SH)公告，公司子公司纽威流体控制(苏州)有限公司(简称“纽威流体”)拟开展“纽威流体二期扩产项目”，计划投资金额约5亿元，预计2027年6月建成投产。
该项目计划建设约2万平方米的生产厂房及配套设施，扩增2条以上工业阀门生产线等。项目选址于纽威流体一期以北、中国汽研以东地块，土地面积约48.72亩，用于建设生产厂房和相应配套设施。
公告称，若本次投资能够顺利进行，将有助于进一步扩充公司工业阀门产能，满足公司未来市场拓展和业务发展的需要。
