智通财经APP讯，中国供应链产业(03708)发布公告，于2025年1月6日，认购方I(清大纵横控股集团有限公司(清大纵横))及认购方II(香港商户李国勋先生)与本公司订立认购协议，根据一般授权认购方I及认购方II已有条件同意认购而本公司已有条件同意分别向认购方I及认购方II发行6.706亿股认购股份及4.482亿股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.012港元，总代价为1342.56万港元。
认购股份占本公司于本公告日期已发行股本的约20%;及本公司经发行11.188亿股认购股份扩大后的已发行股本的约16.67%(假设除发行该等认购股份外，本公司的已发行股本于认购协议日期至完成日期期间将不会有任何变动)。认购价每股认购股份0.012港元较于2025年1月6日于联交所所报的收市价每股0.015港元折让约20%。
自认购事项所筹措的所得款项总额将约为1342.56万港元。经考虑有关认购事项的估计开支后，估计来自认购事项的所得款项净额将约为1342万港元，即净价每股认购股份0.012港元。本集团拟将1342万港元用于本集团一般营运资金及/或投资本集团日后物色的潜在新项目。
