创梦天地计划回购1.57亿股股份，回购总金额不超2亿港元
财中社1月7日电创梦天地（01119）发布公告，告知股东及潜在投资者，截至公告日期，公司各项业务运营正常。公司通过引入和发行海外精品游戏稳健经营，2024年1月上线的《机甲战队》和12月上线的《传奇商店》业绩表现优异，同时还储备了多款已签约产品，计划在2025年及2026年陆续推出。此外，自研游戏《卡拉彼丘》自2024年11月22日全球上线以来，受到用户热捧，在日本市场表现突出，连续四周位列Steam日本地区每周热销榜前十名。
公告中提到，董事会获得股东授予的股份回购授权，计划回购的股份最高数量为1.57亿股，约占公司已发行股份总数的10%。回购总金额不超过2亿港元。董事会认为，当前股份的成交价未能反映其内在价值，并相信股份回购将提升股份价值，从而提高股东回报。回购股份的时间、数量或价格将视市场情况由董事会全权酌情决定。
