财中社1月7日电中国天瑞水泥（01252）发布公告，宣布配售及认购事项于2025年1月3日和1月7日分别完成。此次配售共计1.45亿股，配售价格为每股0.33港元，成功配售给不少于6名独立承配人，所有承配人及其最终实益拥有者均为独立于公司的第三方。配售完成后，未有承配人成为公司的主要股东。
此外，认购事项也已完成，卖方合共认购1.45亿股，认购价净额约为每股0.324港元，认购股份占公司扩大后已发行股本的约4.7%。扣除相关成本后，公司已收取认购事项所得款项净额约4700万港元。公告中还列出了配售及认购事项完成前后的股权结构变化，配售后卖方的股份比例降至55.44%，而其他股东的比例相应减少至39.86%。
