　　创梦天地（01119）早盘高开，股价持续上涨逾12.28%，现报1.92港元，成交额4421.33万港元。

　　1月6日，创梦天地公布，董事会已注意到公司近日股份价格及交易量波动。公司谨此告知股东及潜在投资者，截至本公告日期，集团各项业务运营一切正常。

　　公告称，公司计划根据2023年度股东周年大会购回授权进行股份购回，股份购回的总金额不超过港币2亿元。董事会认为，场内交易股份的价值被严重低估，股份现时的成交价未能反映内在价值。公司目前的财务状况和业务状况良好，有充足的财务资源使公司有能力在进行股份购回计划的同时维持集团业务快速发展。
