Beng Kuang Marine (SGX:BEZ) appointed Chua Ding En as the chief executive officer of its Corrosion Prevention Division, effective Monday, according to a same day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Chua previously served as acting CEO for the division.
Shares of the company were down over 2% in recent trading.
