财中社1月6日电中国天瑞水泥（01252）发布补充公告，更新了现有股份配售及根据一般授权认购新股份的相关情况。公告中提到，1.45亿股股份已按每股0.33港元配售，预计认购事项所得款项总额约为4790万元，扣除相关成本后，净额约为4700万元，每股净价约为0.324港元。
公司表示，认购事项所得款项将用于偿还即将到期的香港贷款及利息，其中1.25亿元的贷款及利息将在2025年1月底到期。具体而言，约1.08亿元的银行贷款本金和257万元的银行贷款利息，以及1444万元的其他贷款利息需要清偿。公司与银行正进行续借磋商，计划部分偿还银行贷款的本金并续借余下款项。
此外，由于公司在境外缺乏实质性资产，短期内难以获得境外银行贷款，因此决定通过配售和认购方式解决资金需求。董事会认为，这一方案在商业上更为可行且及时，预计将有助于满足即将到期的资金需求。
