Seacon Shipping's (HKG:2409) Singapore unit will sell a ship to Panamanian-registered Dawn Shipping for $31.4 million under a finance lease agreement, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

Dawn Shipping will then charter the 40,000 deadweight-ton bulk carrier to Seacon subsidiary Seacon Dubai under a bareboat charter for 10 years from the delivery of the vessel, the filing said.
