　　钱唐控股（01466）发布公告，于2024年11月26日举行的股东特别大会上通过特别决议案后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长于2024年11月27日发出更改名称的注册证书，证明于2024年11月27日，公司的名称已由“Affluent Partners Holdings Limited”更改为“Baijin Life Science Holdings Limited”，并采纳“佰金生命科学控股有限公司”作为公司的新双重中文外文名称，以替代中文名称“钱唐控股有限公司”，仅供识别（“更改公司名称”）。香港公司注册处处长于2025年1月2日签发注册非香港公司更改名称注册证明书，确认公司的新名称及新中文双重外文名称已根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于中国香港注册。

　　自2025年1月9日上午9时正起，股份于联交所买卖的英文股份简称及中文股份简称分别将由“AFFLUENTPARTNER”更改为“BAIJIN LIFE SCI”，及由“钱唐控股”更改为“佰金生命科学”。公司股份代号“1466”维持不变。
