卓越教育集团积极响应中国证监会发布的《上市公司监管指引第10号——市值管理》，1月3号盘后发布了《内幕消息 三年派息计划》的公告，公司将逐步提高派息比率，分别达到上一财政年度归属于公司所有者净利润的 50%、60% 及 70%，并分末期及中期股息两次派付。
近年来，卓越教育集团的营收与净利润稳步增长，2022 年扭亏为盈，2023 年净利润同比大幅增长 66.2%，2024 年上半年营收再创新高，净利润同比增长 170%。国信证券最新发布的行业研究报告中，对卓越教育集团进行重点推荐，并给予盈利预测为24-26年净利润分别为1.9亿/3.3亿/4.1亿，按照公司三年派息计划，分别派息金额0.95亿/1.98亿/2.87亿，对应盘前34亿市值，股息率分别为2.8%/5.8%/8.4%，市盈率分别为17.9倍/10.3倍/8.3倍。
多家券商给予卓越教育集团“买入”“增持”评级，其中华西证券、华泰证券、第一上海分别给出目标价6.18港元、6.48港元、5.6港元，溢价40-62%于今日开盘价4港元。
