智通财经APP讯，环球实业科技(01026)发布公告，于2024年12月31日，业主与租户(公司间接全资附属公司广州市衡信宇轩实业发展有限公司)就租赁该等物业以供集团商业物业租赁业务使用订立租赁协议，自2025年1月1日起计为期五年。
该等物业包括位于中国广州市越秀区农林下路4号及6号的东山锦轩现代城商业综合体(商场)地库一楼(全层)、一楼(部分位置)、四楼(部分位置，包括夹层楼面)、五楼(部分位置)及六楼(部分位置)，总楼面面积约8944平方米的物业。
