　　万物云（02602）早盘上涨2.72%，现报20.80港元，成交额3225.40万港元。

　　近日，华泰证券发表报告，万物云预计去年持续关连交易对于集团整体收入占比低于9.8%，过去三年的持续关连交易占比持续下降，认为公司已主动消化及控制关联方潜在回款风险，尽可能减少潜在减值损失，经营独立性进一步提升，虽然业绩或仍需承担一段时间的阵痛，但考虑到公司在蝶城布局、多业态市拓及科技方面的竞争优势，以及对股东回报的重视，维持其“买入”评级，目标价由21.02港元上调至25.03港元。
