兴证国际间接全资附属公司认购河南铁路债券1000万美元
财中社1月8日电兴证国际（06058）发布公告称，其间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2025年1月7日通过兴证国际证券等牵头经办人认购了河南省铁路建设投资集团有限公司发行的债券，CISI Investment获分配认购总额为1000万美元（约7850万港元），该债券的发行价为本金额的100%，固定年利率为4.80%。该笔资金将来自公司的内部资源。
由于上市规则14.07条项下有关认购事项的其中一项适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成公司的须予披露交易，需遵守相关的申报及公告规定，但获豁免股东批准的要求。董事认为，认购事项可为公司提供机会，以及为公司于可接受的风险范围内带来稳定回报。
