智通财经APP讯，中广核电力(01816)公布，于2025年1月8日，董事会已审议并通过该公司(作为受让方)与中广核(作为转让方)订立股权转让协议的决议案。根据股权转让协议，中广核同意出售及该公司同意受让台山第二核电100%股权，总对价为约人民币12.04亿元。待收购事项完成后，台山第二核电将成为该公司的全资附属公司，其财务业绩将会合并至该集团的财务报表。
公司A股上市前，中广核保留若干核电相关业务，包括仍处于相对前期或规划中的核电相关业务，中广核就此作出了关于进一步避免同业竞争的承诺，将根据保留业务的发展情况，将上述保留业务转让给本公司，公司享有中广核拟出售保留业务的优先受让权和收购选择权。鉴于台山第二核电核电项目立项申请工作即将启动，中广核为持续履行避免同业竞争承诺，将台山第二核电股权转让给公司。
