金吾财讯 | 晋景新能(01783)公布，于2024年12月27日，公司与Huayou Green Energy Technology Netherlands B.V.（“Huayou Green Energy”）订立电池回收合作协议。根据合作协议，双方同意，将基于欧洲现有31个服务点位，为终端客户提供一站式电池收集及处置服务；而Huayou Green Energy将在其位于欧洲的本地化处置设施中，按照欧盟最新电池法，合规处置本公司上述点位所收集的各类电池。合作协议为本公司与浙江华友循环科技有限公司(“华友”)于2024年9月签署之谅解备忘录项下拟进行之电池回收及逆向物流业务合作的一部分。
