Arika Resources (ASX:ARI) said second phase drilling at its Yundamindra gold project in Western Australia restarted after the holiday break, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The phase two program will include a total of about 6,000 meters of reverse circulation drilling, the filing said.
It completed 11 initial holes comprising about 1,350 meters at the Pennyweight Point prospect in the project in 2024 with assays expected in the coming weeks, as per the filing.
Its shares jumped 8% in recent trade on Wednesday.
