京基金融国际供股结果公布：认购率达99.1%
财中社1月8日电京基金融国际（01468）发布公告，宣布其供股结果。根据公告，供股于2024年12月31日成为无条件，截止到2024年12月30日下午四时，已接获1份有效接纳，涉及根据供股暂定配发的5168万股供股股份，约占可供认购的5.49亿股供股股份的9.4%；同时还接获1份有效接纳，涉及4.93亿股额外供股股份，约占可供认购股份的89.7%。
根据接纳及申请结果，共接获2份有效接纳及申请，涉及5.44亿股供股股份，约占可供认购股份的99.1%。因此，供股中未获认购的股份为506万股，约占可供认购股份的0.9%。此次供股所得款项总额约为4.14亿元，净额约为4.13亿元，将用于公告中提到的用途。供股股份预计于2025年1月9日上午九时正开始在联交所买卖。
