　　腾盛博药此前发布公告称，考虑到公司股价现时处于业绩、资产价值及业务前景被低估的水平，董事会于2024年12月20日决议动用购回授权，不时因应市况于公开市场积极推行场内股份购回计划。根据该股份购回计划，用于购回股份的资金总额不超过6000万港元，股份购回计划的期限自本公告日期起至本公司于2025年举行下届股东周年大会之日止。
