北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩）1月7日，平安好医生及要约人安鑫有限公司联合公告，根据以股代息计划项下以股代息选择情况，合共约10.43亿股新股份作为特别股息将予配发及发行。预计该等新股份的正式股票将于2025年1月24日寄发，且该等新股份将于2025年1月27日上午九时正（香港时间）开始于联交所买卖。

　　在该等新股份中，约6.99亿股新股份将配发及发行予要约人。根据以股代息计划配发及发行有关新股份作为特别股息完成后，要约人控制的股份总数将增至约11.4亿股股份（约占新股份作为特别股息配发及发行后经扩大的已发行股份总数的52.74%）。因此，公司将成为平安集团的间接非全资附属公司且该集团的财务业绩将并入平安集团的合并财务报表。
