消息面上，近期，信义玻璃发盈警，预计2024年财政年度净利润同比减少30%至40%。主要由于中国房地产市场低迷，新建物业项目数量，中国的浮法玻璃产品的需求及市场价格大幅下跌；集团于中国永久停产的生产设施的出售亏损；应占公司联营公司信义光能控股有限公司的溢利减少。
花旗发布研究报告称，将信义玻璃2024至2026财年净利润(撇除汇率调整)预测下调35%至40%。将目标价由9.6港元下调至7.55港元，评级由“买入”降至“中性”。该行更新预测模型，将信义玻璃的呈列货币由港元改为人民币及将盈警纳入考虑因素，该行中国房地产团队预期今年房地产完工量将较去年同期下降13%，而作出的更保守的中长期假设。
