财中社1月7日电奥普光电（002338）发布关于参股公司撤回首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市申请的公告。参股公司长光辰芯于2023年6月30日获得上海证券交易所的上市申请受理，但基于未来发展战略等考虑，长光辰芯于2025年1月7日向上海证券交易所申请撤回该上市申请，并已收到终止审核的决定。
此次长光辰芯首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市的审核终止，不会对公司生产经营等方面产生重大不利影响。
2024年前三季度，奥普光电实现收入5.22亿元，归母净利润4540万元。
