Pu'er Lancang Ancient Tea (HKG:6911) has issued a circular to shareholders regarding a vote on the proposed removal of executive director Wang Juan at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), according to a Jan. 5 filing.
The decision follows a request from shareholders who hold 6.79% of the company's shares, citing a misalignment of Wang's management philosophy with the company's current needs.
The EGM, initially scheduled, has been postponed to Jan. 17, to include this new resolution and ensure compliance with Listing Rules. Shareholders will vote by poll on this and other resolutions, with no required abstentions.
