EDA Group Holdings' (HKG:2505) subsidiaries agreed to acquire 100% of the total issued shares of PT Samanea Logistics Property from Samanea Logistics (Asia) 01 and Samanea Logistics Partner for about 6.2 million yuan, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The acquisition will be sourced through the internal resources of the group and funds from external investors.
The target company is a real estate investment firm in Indonesia, and upon completion, it will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
