　　中信金融资产（02799）早盘上涨3.57%，现报0.58港元，成交额1871.03万港元。

　　近日，中信金融资产发布公告称，该公司向中信集团转让华融金租60%股份事项已完成。出售事项完成后，中信金融资产持有及保留华融金租2502779316股股份，占其已发行股份的19.92%。另外，华融金租成为中信金融资产联营企业，不再为后者的附属公司，其财务业绩将不会合并至中信金融资产集团财务报表。
