1月9日，华住集团宣布，针对西藏日喀则市定日县地震造成的影响，为住客推出免责取消政策。西藏日喀则、宁夏银川1月7日-2月6日期间未入住的酒店订单，均可免费退订。与此同时，华住集团宣布，旗下位于日喀则的全季酒店和汉庭酒店1月9日起将为所有参与抗震救灾的工作人员提供免费住宿服务，休息房配备齐全的生活用品，包括干净的床铺、被褥、洗漱用品等。此外，华住集团表示，正在根据旗下酒店受地震影响的程度，提供不同程度的帮扶。其中西藏日喀则、宁夏银川门店免除1月份CRS自有渠道费用；日喀则受灾酒店自恢复营业起减免6个月管理费。
