消息面上，1月8日，龙蟠科技发布公告，宣布与投资者签订认购协议，投资者INA和Aisis同意认购目标公司股份，分别占目标公司扩股后约34.01%和11.34%。认购价总计为2亿美元，投资者将于完成日期向目标公司支付该金额。预计完成后，龙蟠科技将持有现有股东约64.03%股权，而现有股东将持有目标公司54.65%股权。
此外，公告还提到公司将调整对外投资计划，主要是为了加强在磷酸铁锂正极材料领域的研发和市场拓展。根据财务数据，目标公司截至2024年10月31日的总资产为8.14亿元，负债为3.01亿元，收入尚未正式启动。公司计划在2025年1月24日召开临时股东会，供股东考虑并批准上述交易及对外投资调整。
