智通财经APP获悉，正干金融控股(01152)今早复牌，一度飙涨近150%，截至发稿，涨101.33%，报0.151港元，成交额201.01万港元。
消息面上，正干金融控股公布，与Rosy Benefit、日晟及郑利忠(债权人)订立清偿协议，据此，公司拟通过发行本金总额9153万港元可换股债券，将结欠债权人的未偿还债务资本化。债券为期两年；年利率3%；换股价0.02港元，较停牌前收报折让73.33%；可兑换新股占公司扩大后股本82.34%。
