平安好医生(01833.HK) 获控股股东中国平安(02318.HK) 提全购要约。不过，富瑞发表研究报告指，对平安好医生看法转为负面。
富瑞表示，是次的要约价令人失望，而且中国平安强调重新专注于保险业务，并旨在边缘化非核心业务，由于平安好医生高度依赖中国平安的客户流量，这对平安好医生而言是负面的，加上目前无法排除中国平安可能以流动性换取子公司层面上注入次优资产的可能性。
