　　首惠产业金融（00730）发布公告，于2025年1月9日，南方租赁（公司间接非全资附属公司）与买方（四川鑫皇玖合融资租赁有限责任公司）订立出售协议，据此，南方租赁同意出售而买方同意收购应收账款，代价不超过人民币3亿元。南方租赁将向买方出售的应收账款金额及出售所得款项将按等额基准计算。集团拟将所得款项用作一般营运资金。
