长实集团(01113.HK) 表示，联属公司Civitas Investment Management (CIM)进一步向欧洲扩展，并推进以3亿欧元收购26项德国长者及辅助式生活住屋组合。
长实集团执行委员会委员、财务委员会委员兼特别项目总监赵汝成表示，由于是次收购的德国项目无须CIM参与管理，而是由当地龙头照护营运商Allohelm Group负责管理，同时获用家以长期合约租住，并由当地政府包底，因此集团可按通胀长期获取租金收益。
赵汝成预计，上述交易将于未来一、两个月内完成，估计项目内部回报率达低双位数字。另外，集团拟进一步在欧洲物色更多类似的社会房屋项目投资，冀增加经常性收入支持未来派息。(js/k)
