智通财经APP讯，北京北辰实业股份(00588)发布公告，本公司控股股东北辰集团计划自2024年7月10日起6个月内，通过二级市场以集中竞价交易方式增持公司股份，累计增持金额不低于人民币3500万元，不超过人民币7000万元，增持比例不超过公司总股本的2%。
2024年7月10日至2025年1月9日期间，北辰集团通过上海证券交易所以集中竞价方式累计增持公司无限售流通A股股份1169.17万股，占公司A股股份总数的比例为0.44%，占公司总股本的比例为0.35%，累计增持金额为人民币1755.39万元(不含交易费用)。截至本公告日，本次增持计划已届满，增持金额已超过增持计划下限的50%。
2025年1月9日，公司收到北辰集团来函，因受定期报告窗口期、信息敏感期以及资本市场情况变化等因素影响，本次增持计划无法在原定期限内完成。基于对公司未来持续稳健发展的信心和长期投资价值的认可，为回应投资者关切、积极履行承诺，更好保护广大投资者的利益、增强投资者信心，北辰集团拟使用自有资金及金融机构专项贷款继续实施本次增持计划，并将本次增持计划期限延长6个月至2025年7月8日，增持计划其他内容不变。
