黎氏企业(02266.HK) 公布，旗下间接全资附属公司Nice Contracting Limited于今日(9日)，与高山企业(00616.HK) 旗下康图发展订立买卖协议。据悉，Nice Contracting Limited同意向康图发展收购长沙湾琼林街121号One Two One 7楼1室，代价约为1,035.75万元。
据介绍，上述物业为商业物业，其总楼面面积约1,566平方呎。该物业目前空置。黎氏企业目前拟持有该物业以满足香港市场的日常营运需求。考虑到该物业位置优越及目前物业市场状况，认为收购事项可提供有利及稳定的环境，以促进业务于香港长远的发展。(js/u)
