　　据业内人士传，东方证券研究所即将迎来新的所长，而这位候选人大概率是黄燕铭。

　　黄燕铭有着30年的证券从业经验，在业内颇具声望。他于1994年加入万国证券，后担任申银万国证券研究所副所长。2012年加盟国泰君安证券任研究所所长，长达十二年；2024年3月，转任国泰君安的金融学院院长。

　　与之对应的，陈刚曾长期担任东方证券研究所所长，2023年7月起担任公司首席研究总监。2024年12月，东方证券发布了高管变动公告，陈刚升任公司副总裁。此时，并未明确陈刚分管的业务领域。

　　从职位名称来看，东方证券研究所所长一职确实虚位以待。

　　此外，去年东方证券的多个高管职位发生变动。2024年11月，东方证券原董事长金文忠到龄退休，由党委书记龚德雄接任董事长；同月，分管财富管理业务的副总裁徐海宁离职。

　　2024年12月，东方证券公告，鲁伟铭不再担任总裁，转任公司副董事长；首席信息官卢大印出任公司党委副书记、副总裁（主持工作）。
