智通财经APP讯，国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司作为资产出让方与资产受让方南网融资租赁有限公司和昆仑金融租赁有限责任公司及承租人闻喜县景能新能源有限公司于2025年1月9日(交易时段后)订立资产转让协议，据此，公司同意把融资租赁合同项下的租赁物所有权、应收租赁款债权、所有担保权益以及公司在融资租赁合同下需承担的全部相关义务转让给资产受让方，资产受让方同意受让该等资产及权利义务，并向公司支付人民币11.34亿元的转让对价。
