智通财经APP讯，网誉科技(01483)发布公告，于2025年1月10日(联交所交易时段后)，公司及买方齐军国订立出售协议，据此，公司有条件同意出售，而买方有条件同意购买待售股份(公司附属Kind Access Development Holding Limited全部已发行股本)，代价为人民币7178.87万元。
公告称，受市场需求波动及经济不确定性影响，中国房地产市场不稳定且充满挑战，令物业租赁行业难以实现稳定增长或可观回报;租赁业务的租金回报不佳，一直低于预期，与公司的长期盈利目标不符;及公司的战略性决策乃透过变现物业价值并将资源集中于新兴媒体广告业务分部以精简其业务经营，预期将提供更高的增长潜力，并更符合公司未来的业务方向。
