智通财经APP获悉，新思科技(SNPS.US)就欧盟委员会（欧委会）在第一阶段批准其拟议收购Ansys发表如下声明：我们非常高兴，欧委会已在第一阶段批准了我们这项促进市场竞争的交易。我们持续在各监管辖区审批程序中取得重大进展。
本周早些时候，英国竞争与市场管理局已初步接受了新思科技为在第一阶段得到批准所提出的救济措施。正如新思科技此前在2024年12月4日的财报电话会上所提到的，美国HSR法案的等待期已届满，新思科技正在与美国联邦贸易委员会积极合作，以完成其对该公司所提替代性措施的审查。中国国家市场监督管理总局也正式受理了新思科技的案件，目前正在审查过程中。此外，该公司正配合其他相关司法管辖区的监管机构持完成其审查工作。
该公司表示，客户也持续表示他们对交易的欢迎和支持。新思科技与Ansys携手合作，可以提供深度集成电子设计自动化（EDA）与仿真分析（S&A）软件的系统设计解决方案，满足客户对这类解决方案日益增长的需求，从而推动各个领域的创新。新思科技仍然预计交易将在2025年上半年完成。
