消息面上，康耐特光学此前公布，已于1月6日完成配售5332.5万股配售股份，每股配售股份15.86港元，净筹约8.28亿港元，将用于面向智能眼镜和XR头戴设备的镜片和视觉解决方案的研发、设计和制造。申万宏源表示，智能眼镜蓬勃发展，公司积极布局具备先发优势，歌尔拟连续认购、收购公司股权，彰显产业链认可，同时有望赋能公司相关业务发展，打开未来增长空间。国泰君安指出，AI智能眼镜是AI落地的最佳硬件载体，行业步入快速发展期，公司合作事项顺利、将率先受益。
