根据备忘录，公司与广州秒音科技有限公司同意合作，通过数位化转型和技术创新提高市场竞争力，满足客户需求。同时，双方将加强品牌合作，包括但不限于政府服务领域的应用和科技行业的应用等领域开展研发合作。双方将就这些领域展开合作。
合作备忘录旨在记录合作备忘录各方之间的初步共同谅解，作为进一步磋商的平台，相关各方尚未就建议合营订立具有约束力的协议。
广州秒音是一家专注于软件和信息技术的企业，其下主要业务为秒音应用软件，用以提供一个集社群社交、直播、企业共享的一站式平台。
