港华智慧能源(01083.HK) 公布，其首次发行的“零碳智慧1期资产支持专项计划（碳中和）”(“类REITs”)，于昨日(8日)在深圳证券交易所正式挂牌。
今期专项计划发行规模为5.15亿元人民币，是50亿元人民币储架内的首期发行。这是首单港资公司在境内成功发行“类REITs”，也是全市场首单工商业分布式光伏及储能“类REITs”产品。公司表示，将透过本期专项计划所募集的资金，继续投资屋顶光伏发电及储能电站等可再生能源项目，推动绿色能源普及。(vc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-08 16:25。)
