GoFintech Innovation (HKG:0290) proposed to change its English name to GoFintech Quantum Innovation to better reflect its plan to focus on quantum science and its applications as an integral part of the company's strategy for the near future.
The company also plans to change its dual foreign name in Chinese, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The proposed name change is subject to the approval of shareholders and the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands.
