智通财经APP讯，中国恒天立信国际(00641)发布公告，于2025年1月9日，公司与国机财务订立金融服务框架协议，内容有关国机财务向集团提供金融服务，自金融服务框架协议于股东特别大会获独立股东批准当日起计为期不超过3年并将于2027年12月31日届满。
根据金融服务框架协议，国机财务可向集团提供以下金融服务：(a)存款服务：接受本币及外币存款;(b)贷款服务：提供贷款、票据承兑及贴现、保函及信用状;及(c)其他金融服务：提供结算服务、外汇服务、委托贷款、债券承销、财务咨询、信用核实、咨询代理服务及中国银保监会批准的其他业务。
国机财务是经中国银行业监督管理委员会批准成立的非银行金融机构，具备提供金融服务的各项资质。按集团理解，其面向国机集团成员公司的经营安全稳固，履约能力良好。
