金吾财讯 | 康华医疗(03689)公布，于2025年1月9日，公司(作为卖方)与买方(与银山资本受共同控制)就出让康心医院55%股权订立买卖协议，代价为人民币3493.6万元。完成后，康心医院将不再为公司附属公司，康心医院的财务业绩将不再综合并入公司的财务业绩。公司预计其于康心医院剩余的45%股权将按权益法入账列作于联营公司的权益。集团(透过物业公司)保留康心医院营运所需土地及建筑物的100%拥有权，并将其出租予康心医院用于运营。
