格隆汇1月10日｜今日，中国证监会国际合作司披露了《关于沪上阿姨(上海)实业股份有限公司境外发行上市备案通知书》。

沪上阿姨是一家中国现制茶饮店行业高速增长的领先企业，并于下沉市场拥有庞大网络。截至2024年6月30日，沪上阿姨的门店网络有8437间门店，其中50.3%的门店位于三线及以下城市。

据悉，沪上阿姨采取以加盟为重点的业务模式，并通过建设全国性的供应链、集中采购平台、生产设施、数字化系统等方式，已形成强大的供应链管理能力及数字化管控能力。截至2024年6月30日，沪上阿姨的供应链网络包括12个大仓储物流基地，4个设备仓库、8个新鲜农产品仓库以及16个前置冷链仓库。同时，沪上阿姨亦实施标准化的营运程序，进一步有利于精简设备的使用及食材的处理，使加盟商更容易经营门店及控制成本。根据灼识咨询，沪上阿姨网络内的门店于2023年的毛利处于具吸引力的水平。

值得一提的是，截至2024年6月30日，在沪上阿姨4,930名加盟商中，有32.0%或1,579名加盟商开设一间以上的门店；现有加盟商开设新加盟店的比例由2021年的36.4%上升至2023年的48.1%，截至2024年6月30日进一步增加至53.9%。
