　　该集团主要从事住宅及商业地产业务，澳洲住宅开发项目将开发109个联排别墅单位，现正进行分批预售，周文川女士认购其中一个单位。董事会认为该出售事项乃集团加快变现其土地储备及/或所持物业价值，产生额外营运资金以加强集团的流动资金及财务状况的良机。公司拟将出售事项所得款项净额用于补充集团的营运资金。
