【商务部：欧委会对华FSR调查存在诸多不合理做法】金十数据1月9日讯，1月9日下午，商务部举行例行记者会。有媒体提问称，商务部近日发布了对欧盟《外国补贴条例》（FSR）相关做法进行贸易投资壁垒调查的最终结论，能否介绍一下具体情况？对此，商务部新闻发言人何亚东介绍说，调查显示，欧盟委员会对华FSR调查中存在诸多不合理做法，对中国企业的产品服务和投资进入欧盟市场造成限制和阻碍，对中国相关企业及其产品在欧盟市场的竞争力造成损害。鉴于此，商务部依法认定欧盟FSR调查相关做法构成贸易投资壁垒。根据《对外贸易壁垒调查规则》第三十三条规定，商务部将视情况通过双边磋商等措施，要求欧方调整或改变相关做法，为中国企业在欧投资和经营提供开放、公平公正、非歧视、可预期的环境。
