嘉利国际(01050.HK) 公布，今日其间接全资附属公司KarTech Thai订立土地买卖协议，同意以近5.02亿泰铢(约1.15亿港元)，向Amata Corporation收购位于泰国春武里府安美德工业园的三幅土地，总面积约70,019平方米。
透过收购事项，嘉利国际计划在泰国设立制造服务器外壳及相关服务器周边产品的新生产厂房，以扩大海外厂房的产能、回应全球综合服务器外壳解决方案的上升需求、发掘新客户及商机，以及优化全球供应链管理。
同日，集团的间接全资附属公司Karwin Thai作为承租人，与Amata Summit就租赁物业订立租赁协议。作为可满足客户订单的临时措施，集团于土地上建造上述新生产厂房期间已租赁物业用作临时厂房。涉及的物业位于安美德工业园的G1044号地块的一部分及建于租赁土地的BG103号大楼。
租赁物业的每月租金按每平方米215泰铢计算，合共为每月约107.13万泰铢(约24.64万港元)。(sl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
