《香港01》报道，金朝阳集团(00878.HK) 旗下葵涌南华冷房工业大厦向城规会提交申请，计划改为混凝土配料厂。报道指，上述物业原本获批建为冷冻仓库，惟最新再向城规会提交新申请，拟改为混凝土配料厂。当中，物业的总楼面面积较旧方案削48%，料2026年底落成。
申请人表示，混凝土配料厂将会24小时运作，可以为香港已规划的住宅及其他发展项目，以及未来的交通基础设施提供支援，有助于满足香港对预拌混凝土的需求，同时符合现时“工业”地带的规划意向，并不会带来负面交通及排污影响。(js/k)
